About The Project

Start-ME-Up is a Programme under the Centre for Entrepreneurship Development program at the Tshwane University of Technology.

Utilizing the lean startup approach, beneficiaries of the program are empowered through a three-staged stimulated enterprise development and support program. The program is designed to provide advisory services and practical instruction focused on entrepreneurship, corporate structures, organizational development, business strategy, starting and growing small businesses, and other relevant topic areas.

As part of the learning and practical instructions, Made by People facilitated a 3-day workshop with some investment-ready entrepreneurs selected for this year’s cohort, to teach them how they can use human-centered design as a strategy for innovation, within their businesses.
